NYCC 2016 - Haul

As you can see, I went a little crazy with the recent haul. I was able to get some of the Funko Pop Limited Edition Exclusives I wanted, as well as others!

I am so excited, and glad to add these all to the collection!

The Collectors Case - Super Heroes (September 2016)

I thought I would try out this new box: The Collectors Case!

We received a Superman Funko Pop (a pop I don't have), Love Letter: Batman card game (hopefully I could do a video on trying this game out) [please note this could've been an Archer Edition], The Big Bang Theory trading cards, Marvel Dog Tag & trading cards, DC Comics Batman special edition reprint, Cardfight Vanguard and Luck & Logic Fanbook coloring books, BAM shirt, and Walking Dead's Daryl Dixon Vinyl Idolz Figure.

My opinion of this box?
I would get this box again, you receive tons of items in this box, and you have the potential to get an autographed photograph! I how ever am not getting next month's box. The only reason why though is because it's primarily horror based (due to Halloween), and I'm a giant scaredy-cat.

These are the designs on TeeFury. The first design I am not a hundred percent sure of, it says Shaolin at the bottom of his shoe, but that doesn't connect the design to a specific movie or show. The second design is in regards of Hamilton (the play on Broadway).


These are the designs on Ript Apparel. The first design is Harley Quinn. The second design is The Joker. The third design is referring to Batman; this design is similar to the Phantom of the Opera poster design.


These are the designs on The Yetee. The first design is Meka Girl. The second design is Overwatch meets Donkey Kong.

If I were to pick my favorite design, note this is going to be hard because I like so many of them, it would have to be the Queen of Hearts design on TeeFury!

These are the designs on TeeFury. The first design is the Queen of Hearts, I have a design from the same artist for Beauty and the Beast. The second design is Hogwarts Houses (PRICELESS).


These are the designs on Ript Apparel. The first design is The Cookie Monster, going a little crazy because of "Just One Bad Cookie." The second design is a mimic of an Archie Cover, however this design is with Batman and Superman both wanting Wonder Woman. The third design is One Punch as Batman.


These are the designs on The Yetee. The first design is Link's to do list now that he saved Hyrule. The second design is a pot that Link is about to smash, and all it wants is to survive (it has a family!).

These are the designs on TeeFury. The first design is Rick (from Rick and Morty) as Le Petit Prince; I would love this is poster form! The second design is Calvin and Hobbs as Batman and Alfred (super cute).


These are the designs on Ript Apparel. The first design is a girl and it's saying Nerf This, this is definitely how it feels like when you're in battle with nerf guns! The second design is "Heroes Never Die." The third design is Sonic the Hedgehog running on a wheel.


These are the designs on The Yetee. The first design is Mario trying to get to Bowser, but constantly never able to reach him! The second design is a golden gun.

In addition, as you can see, the second design is in a metallic ink.

These are the designs on TeeFury. The first design is the Tenth and Eleventh Doctors sitting on a Tardis! The second design is related to Stranger Things.


These are the designs on Ript Apparel. The first design is Beavis and Butthead as Batman and Robin aka "ButtMan." The second design is a Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat battle between Joker & Harley Quinn vs. Batman. The third design is Jack Skellington (like Joker) with a Halloween laugh behind him.


These are the designs on The Yetee. The first design is Kamek pondering how to attack Yoshi next! The second design is Mario giving pizza to characters that he's attacked and driven crazy.

Pop Thursday - 8/18

Last week I made a trip to New Hampshire, and while I was there I came across Double Midnight Comics & Target; and I'm so glad I did. I found not only Funko Pops but also some Comic Books (series I've been wanting to start). Yay Pop Thursday!

The Funko Pops:

As you can see, one wonderful Funko Pop Vinyl I found is an imposter who is posing to be batman. This is The Riddler posing to be the batman! I love this Pop, and I'm so glad they started this collection!

I also went to Target and found Maz Kanata with her glasses up. This is a Target Exclusive and I'm so glad that I found this! In case you are unsure who this is, she is from The Force Awakens (Star Wars).

The comic books:

At the beginning of this comic there are blue giants attacking a base in the Norwegian Sea. Then back on Asgardia Thor is unable to grab his hammer because he's unworthy, however Thor still needs to go to battle. Then, at the end of the comic (I know this is a spoiler, but I'm excited!) The Goddess of Thunder emerges because a female is able to pick up Mjolnir, making her Thor.

This is Book I: Skywalker Strikes.
"It is a period of renewed hope for the Rebellion. The evil Galactic Empire's greatest weapon, the Death Star, has been destroyed by the young rebel pilot, Luke Skywalker. With the Imperial Forces in disarray, the Rebels look to press their advantage by unleashing a daring offensive throughout the far reaches of space, hoping to defeat the Empire once and for all and at last restore freedom to the galaxy...."
Han Solo "gets captured" in order to get in and rescue rebels, with Luke Skywalker and Leia!

This is Shattered Empire: Part I.

Then there's Squirrel Girl. It appears that she is able to control squirrels and fighting crime. In addition, it appears that the villains have animal abilities/powers.

These designs are from TeeFury. The first is really creepy, and making me think of Where's Waldo as SlenderMan. I definitely wouldn't want this Waldo to find me. The second design is Voltron. I like how this looks like an old school design.


These are the designs on Ript Apparel. The first is some of the Suicide Squad gang in the Queen Album position. The second design is Harley Quinn. She looks a little innocent here even though the money is falling out of the duffle-bag. The third design is Batman with a bomb?! Watch out, it looks like it'd going to blow!


This is the design on The Yetee. "Heroes Never Die," I would say that's true (unless we're really bad at the game).
