Subscriptions I've received

Here is a sneak peak of some of the subscription boxes I've recently received! I am hoping to have a few up today, and include the couple that I haven't included here. Be sure to check back later! I got some pretty cool stuff!

Pop Thursday - 8/18

Last week I made a trip to New Hampshire, and while I was there I came across Double Midnight Comics & Target; and I'm so glad I did. I found not only Funko Pops but also some Comic Books (series I've been wanting to start). Yay Pop Thursday!

The Funko Pops:

As you can see, one wonderful Funko Pop Vinyl I found is an imposter who is posing to be batman. This is The Riddler posing to be the batman! I love this Pop, and I'm so glad they started this collection!

I also went to Target and found Maz Kanata with her glasses up. This is a Target Exclusive and I'm so glad that I found this! In case you are unsure who this is, she is from The Force Awakens (Star Wars).

The comic books:

At the beginning of this comic there are blue giants attacking a base in the Norwegian Sea. Then back on Asgardia Thor is unable to grab his hammer because he's unworthy, however Thor still needs to go to battle. Then, at the end of the comic (I know this is a spoiler, but I'm excited!) The Goddess of Thunder emerges because a female is able to pick up Mjolnir, making her Thor.

This is Book I: Skywalker Strikes.
"It is a period of renewed hope for the Rebellion. The evil Galactic Empire's greatest weapon, the Death Star, has been destroyed by the young rebel pilot, Luke Skywalker. With the Imperial Forces in disarray, the Rebels look to press their advantage by unleashing a daring offensive throughout the far reaches of space, hoping to defeat the Empire once and for all and at last restore freedom to the galaxy...."
Han Solo "gets captured" in order to get in and rescue rebels, with Luke Skywalker and Leia!

This is Shattered Empire: Part I.
"It is the final moments of the BATTLE OF ENDOR. Amidst the stars above the Forest Moon, Rebel forces have engaged the evil Galactic Empire in a desperate, final confrontation, hoping to end the tyrannical rule of Emperor Palpatine and bring peace to a wearied and battered galaxy. But the Rebel Fleet has fallen into a trap. The second DEATH STAR is fully operational, and on Endor's moon, the energy shield protecting it still stands. What was to be a moment of triumph now teeters on the brink of disaster. Now, rebel pilots have engaged Imperial forces in furious dogfights, frantically trying to protect the Rebellion's capital ships, and to buy enough time to rescue victory from the jaws of defeat...."

Then there's Squirrel Girl. It appears that she is able to control squirrels and fighting crime. In addition, it appears that the villains have animal abilities/powers.

#Loot4Fangirls - SDCC Exclusive

My #loot4fangirls crate just arrived, filled with tons of goodies. We received the following:

- #borderlands #nailwraps from @espionage_cosmetics (a couple different patterns)

- a #wonderwoman #dcbombshells from @cryptozoicentertainment (sassy and adorable)

- a #fangirls #coloringbook with color pencils

- a #marvelskaterdress from @heruniverse (this is an interesting design to wear outside)

- a #walkingdead #charm and #wrapbracelet from #loveandmadness (I like how the designs aren't as intense as some Walking Dead stuff can be)

- a #startrek #uhura #clutchbag from @crowdedcoop (it's prefect for an evening out).

I'll admit, this was a little different than I thought it was going to be, however I'm definitely going to use some of this stuff! #lootcrate #lootcrateunboxing #sdcc2016 #sdcc #sdccexclusive #fandom #exclusives #collectibles #clothing

SDCC Funko Pop Exclusives

So I've been wanting to share something with you all for a while.. I've been starting to plan for this event that's coming up; I wanted to share with all of you what I've found and what I'm going to try to get.

Okay, now I should actually explain what I'm talking about. So, every year now they've been having SDCC (San Diego Comic Con), which I have tickets for actually (but I'll rant about those another time!). However, recently in the past couple of years SDCC and Funko have been coming out with these SDCC Funko Pop Exclusives that they send to stores, for example Hot Topic and Barnes & Noble. This year is no different.

Last year I actually got a couple of them.

Last year I got from #sdcc2015 #funkopop #olaf he's so cute, especially with his little segal companion! #exclusive #frozen #sdcc #disney

Last year I got from #sdcc2015 #funkopop #c3po he's so cute; I love how metallic he is! #exclusive #starwars #sdcc #goldrobot

Haul for this week:

Okay everyone, you're about to be bombarded by everything from #funkopop to #books

This is going to be for this week of things I got, and then I'm going to post about all of last week's.. There were a lot!

So, of course, starting off will be #jaynecobb from #firefly as a #funkopop he is so adorable! Everywhere online I saw him as sold out, went to my local #barnesandnoble #bn and I found him! So of course I had to say yes! #superexcited

As you already previously saw, I found Sailor Mercury (Amy)! I'm so happy I got her, and I can't wait to place her next to Sailor Moon on my book shelf!

The next thing I got was a #book that I've been wanting to buy for a while, but I would always see it with #darthvader and not #r2d2 but when I saw this one I couldn't say now! I've always wanted to read the #starwars books, but I never had it. I guess now I don't have an excuse! #superexcited #barnesandnoble #bn #collectorsedition By the way, I left the price on, in case you were curious about getting one yourself! (Please note the book is white and silver, but in this lighting it looks mainly white).

I also got some comic books, for example #findingdory has a #comicbook that seems to have just come out this week! I am hoping it's really good. The bad news though! I have to wait to read it! I need to see the #movie believe me, I'm surprised I haven't been able to see it yet too. #knockonwood I luckily have been avoiding all of the #spoilers can't wait to start reading this comic series though!

... for example #pinkpanther a great #comic in general. This is Volume 2. I am planning on doing a post on my blog about what I think about these #newcomicbooks that are coming out (that I am collecting). Be sure to check them out, I hope I can get that started soon! #blogpromotion #comicbook

... for example #powerpuffgirls this is the first issue released, I am #superexcited to jump into this! I have the #ppg on DVD, and apparently as a #sdcc2016exclusive #sdcc2016 #sdcc they are going to release #funkopop of #buttercup #blossom #bubbles and afterwards, it turns out they might be available everywhere! I wonder when they'll make a #mojojojo #comicbook

... for example #bounty which is a #darkhorsecomics I have no idea what this is about. I'm hoping its good. #fingerscrossed #comicbook #volume1

And the last thing I got, at least that I can think of...

#percyjackson #andtheolympians I have never read this book, I've wanted to and got around to it. I've seen the #movie but I've been informed that doesn't count. I saw this #10thanniversary #barnesandnobleexclusive #collectorsedition #hardcover and I knew it was a sign that I needed to! I can't wait to read this. #goodfind #barnesandnoble #readingsoon #fingerscrossed

I hope you enjoyed everything I got! I know I will.

Amy and Jayne wanted to say bye..

#sailormercury and #jaynecobb #funkopop #goodfind #goingonthebookshelf found at: @barnesandnoble and @midtowncomics

Hot Topic Haul

So.... I got a couple Funko Pops since apparently they weren't doing to Mermicorno deal at the store near me (which I guess then means I need to go online!). So instead I got some adorable "little people" and one I got for my best friend! She deserves it (mainly because I love here!).

Here is who I got:

So excited I got this guy, can't wait to add him to my collection! #funkopop #alicethroughthelookingglass #cheesurcat #hottopic

Of course I had to get Sailor Moon (with Luna) because I fricken love her! She has always been the first animated female that I fell in love with #girlcrush (not including Disney characters)... But now I need to get Tuexdo Mask. 😍 #sailormoon #funkopop #animatedheroes #hottopicexclusive

Here is Stitch... He is adorable... And he's holding a little coconut with a straw and umbrella in it! He's so cute! #icanteven #disney #hottopicexclusive #stitch #funkopop #alohastitch

Lastly, I got Dean. He's adorable. My best friend thinks he's hot. And he's a little keychain! #supernatural #deanwinchester #funkokeychain #forbestfriend #hottopic
